Using the Dynabrade Nitro Series™ NitroZip Surface Preparation Tool equipped with a wire wheel allows technicians to remove rust and seam sealers in preparation for repair or replacement of damaged vehicle components. The NitroZip removes adhesive-backed decals and lettering without damaging the clear and paint below. NZ1 includes Standard Tool, 92239 3/4" Wheel Hub Assembly and 92255 RED-TRED® Zip Eraser Wheel. The eraser wheel (92255) has serrations for improved air flow, increasing cooling properties. Also resists heat buildup and reduces jumping and vibration.

When equipped with a wire wheel (92245) the Dynabrade Nitro Series™ NitroZip removes seam sealer quickly and without clogging, leaving the surface ready for rework. Tool using wire wheel duplicates sand-blasting effect without surface fatigue.
